Fakat özellikle <strong data-start="385" data-end="403">motor kontrolü</strong> (DC motorlar, BLDC/PMSM, asenkron motorlar, step motorlar) söz konusu olduğunda “basit” PID; <strong data-start="497" data-end="654">ölçüm gürültüsü, doygunluk (saturation), ölü zaman (dead-time), akışkan olmayan sürtünme, parametre belirsizliği, kuplajlı eksenler ve örnekleme etkileri</strong> yüzünden ciddi bir ayar ustalığı ister.
